Cecil Beaton - British film and theater costume designer and set
designer. Winner of three Oscars: for the costumes for the films Gigi
and My Fair Lady and for the set design for My Fair Lady. He studied
history and architecture at St John's College, Cambridge
University. He left his studies in 1925 without obtaining a degree.
Photography of Marlene Dietrich, actually Marie Magdalene Dietrich -
German-American actress and singer. She played her first roles in the
1920s, but it wasn't until the 1930 film The Blue Angel that brought
her international fame.
