"My name is Alexander Adiels and I grew up in Lidköping, now I live in Aspudden/Stockholm with my girlfriend who I met in art school. I began to study Pattern Design and Graphic Craft Techniques at Formakademin in 2009. For two years I took model drawing/croquis and copper graphics parallel with the other courses. After Formakademin, I went to Skövde art school for two years learning more about drawing, painting and chromatics. I love visual arts and the endless possibilities you have when making images, both abstract and figurative." - Alexander Adiels

"I studied pattern design and painting after which I decided to go for a career in illustration and design. I work primarily from home in my office in Stockholm which used to be a wardrobe. People often say it looks small and cluttered but the fantasy thrives in a room without windows. My style can be described as a mix between figurative and abstract motifs with both analog and digital methods used.
