Agn Art

Magnus S. Andresen, also known as Agn Art, is a Danish artist based in Copenhagen, originally from Fyn. In 2017 he found a passion for acrylic paint which led to a mixture of paintings built upon realistic portraits twisted with abstract colours. His art aims to explore new ways of experiencing the combination of colours and shadows.

“When I begin with a new art piece, I like to go at it in some kind of new way. Thinking about new possibilities that I haven't tried before makes the outcome much more interesting to me. Though I haven’t gone to an art school, I just like the way painting challenges my sight of matching shadows and breaking up colours by ecsatuating nuances in exciting ways.” - Magnus S. Andresen
