These terms and conditions apply to private consumers' purchases of goods from Poster & Frames. It is not possible to use any VAT / CVR number on the webshop. If you buy as a business customer within the EU in this webshop, you must be responsible for VAT refunds. If you want to trade as a trader you can contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org

Please note that customs duties abroad are not included in the price and will therefore be imposed upon receipt of order in that country. As a consumer, you are assigned responsibility for customs and payment.

As a customer or interested, you are always welcome to contact us at email@example.com. We will then return as soon as possible - however within 1-7 working days.

You pay via secured system through the service ePay and / or Shopify Payments. Payment by card or MobilePay will be deducted from your account when the item is being processed. All our orders are produced immediately after you place an order. Our production works according to POD - Print on Demand - your order is printed a few minutes after it has been completed via the web shop.
Therefore, you will be able to see that the amount has been pulled from your account relatively shortly after- as your order is already being processed and thus as ongoing.
24 month warranty
As a customer of Poster & Frame, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. The customer must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the customer has established the error or defect. If this is relevant, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org - always attach photos of the product.
Have you received your goods damaged?Send photo documentation of the shipment inside and outside.

Creation of complaint and treatment takes 4-10 working days. The customer has the opportunity to make a claim for a complaint no later than within 5 working days.
We do not require a return shipment for damaged products.
Exchange / return
You have from the time you receive the product and 14 days ahead the opportunity to exchange your product. However, only in undamaged condition! All postage of return shipments is paid by the customer. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, with tracking on the shipment so we can track the order. All return shipments should be directed to:

At Poster & Frame, we make reservations for typing and typing errors as well as any color change.
Unfortunately, we do not accept discount codes on already discounted products.
Poster & Frame understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Poster & Frame will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. Poster & Frame will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
