You have from the time you receive the product and 14 days ahead the opportunity to exchange your product. However, only in undamaged condition! You pay via secured system through the service ePay and / or Shopify Payments. Payment by card or MobilePay will be deducted from your account when the item is being processed. All our orders are produced immediately after you place an order. Our production works according to POD - Print on Demand - your order is printed a few minutes after it has been completed via the web shop.

Therefore, you will be able to see that the amount has been pulled from your account relatively shortly after- as your order is already being processed and thus as ongoing.

24 month warranty

As a customer of Poster & Frame, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. The customer must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 24 months after the customer has established the error or defect. If this is relevant, please contact - always attach photos of the product.

Creation of complaint and treatment takes 4-10 working days. The customer has the opportunity to make a claim for a complaint no later than within 5 working days.


At Poster & Frame, we make reservations for typing and typing errors as well as any color change.


Unfortunately, we do not accept discount codes on already discounted products.

Privacy Policy

Poster & Frame understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Poster & Frame will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, pandemics, strikes, or wars ("Force Majeure Event")., Poster & Frame shall not be liable for any delays or failures to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. However, Poster & Frame will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of such events on its customers.


Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Danish law and exclusively settled by the Danish courts. Prior to initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations or mediation.


Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Poster & Frame until full payment has been received from the customer. Until payment is completed, Poster & Frame reserves the right to reclaim the goods without notice. The customer is responsible for storing the goods safely and insuring them against loss, damage, or theft until full payment is made. The customer must not transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods before they are fully paid for. If the customer fails to pay for the goods in accordance with the agreed payment terms, Poster & Frame reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount and/or reclaim the goods. The customer agrees to fully cooperate with Poster & Frame in the event of payment recovery or goods reclamation.
