I looked at a bunch of spent tulips while holding my paint pen in my hand, waiting for inspiration. I observed the flower and saw that it was incredibly beautiful even in this spent phase. The colors were deep, the shapes grown out. I began to draw and this is what came out. You may not recognize the tulip anymore, but perhaps you recognize the inspiration by the shapes.
