Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days and is calculated in whole days. If the last day falls on a holiday, Saturday, June 5, December 24, or December 31, the deadline expires on the next weekday.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@posterandframe.com to request a return form.

Note: Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

EXEMPTIONS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Create Your Own Poster products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

If you choose to arrange your own return, you must first contact our customer support team at hello@posterandframe.com with your order number and item details.

Please note:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not require a return shipment for damaged products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@posterandframe.com.

Return Label Pricing (Optional)

If you want to purchase a return label from us, the price depends on your location:

  • Denmark: 75 DKK

  • European Union: 19 €

  • USA: 10 $

  • Non-EU: 29 €

Package Resend Pricing

If you need your package resent, the following fees apply:

  • Denmark: 49 DKK

  • EU: 10 €

  • US: 10 $

  • Non-EU: 20 €

Unclaimed Packages

If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, it will remain at our warehouse until you contact us. 

Once you contact us, you have two options:

  1. Request a reshipment (standard package resend fees apply).

  2. Cancel your order (the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund). The cost depends on your location:

      • Denmark: 75 DKK

      • European Union: 19 €

      • USA: 10 $

      • Non-EU: 29 €

In-Store Returns

You may return your order at any of our physical store locations. Please present your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

It is NOT possible to return your order to our warehouse.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
