Form Faktory × Poster & Frame Art Group Giveaway — Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized and administered by Form Faktory. Poster & Frame Art Group supplies the prize and promotes the giveaway.
Form Faktory is responsible for the random draw, contacting the winner and shipping the prize.

2. Who can participate
The giveaway is open to residents of the following 27 European Union member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Participants must be aged 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Employees of Form Faktory and Poster & Frame Art Group, and their family members, cannot participate.
3. Giveaway period
The giveaway opens on November 8, 2026 and closes on November 21, 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.
4. How to enter
Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must:
- Follow @posterandframe.official and @formfaktory on Instagram.
- Like the joint giveaway post.
- Answer the following question in a comment on that post: “Have you been to Central Park (or is it on your bucket list)?”
Each person receives one entry, regardless of the number of comments they leave. Tagging other people is not required and does not provide additional entries.
5. The prize
One winner will receive one framed canvas print of “Central Park NY” by Form Faktory, measuring 70 × 100 cm, with a Nature Oak frame.
The retail value of the prize is DKK 1,298.
Form Faktory will arrange delivery to the winner’s address within the EU, free of charge to the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
6. Winner selection and notification
Form Faktory will select one winner at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.
The selected winner will be contacted by direct message from Form Faktory’s official Instagram account, @formfaktory.
The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of the message being sent. If no response is received within this period, or the selected participant does not meet the eligibility requirements, Form Faktory will select a replacement winner at random.
7. Winner announcement
The announcement is planned for November 21, 2026 after the winner’s eligibility and acceptance of the prize have been confirmed.
Form Faktory will ask the winner’s permission before publishing or tagging their Instagram username. This permission will also cover Poster & Frame Art Group sharing the announcement through its own channels.
Permission is optional and does not affect the winner’s entitlement to the prize. If permission is declined, the announcement will not identify the winner.
8. Personal data
Participant information will be used to administer the giveaway, check eligibility, conduct the draw and contact the winner.
Form Faktory will collect the winner’s name, delivery address and any additional contact details necessary to arrange delivery.
Permission to publish the winner’s Instagram username will be requested separately.
9. Instagram
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each participant releases Instagram from liability arising from their participation in this giveaway.
