Shatha Al Dafai ist eine autodidaktische Künstlerin aus Oman, die 2016 ihren Abschluss in Maschinenbau an der Sultan Qaboos University gemacht hat. Nach Abschluss ihres Studiums investierte Shatha ihre Zeit in die Erstellung einer Strichgrafik, die von Gesichtern und Gefühlen inspiriert ist, um die Komplikationen des Lebens in einer Strichlinie darzustellen. Sie fand eine Art Freiheit darin, verschiedene Gesichter zu kreieren, ohne den Stift anzuheben. Die Offenheit für verschiedene Kunstformen ermöglichte ihr eine breite Perspektive auf die Künste, was ihr half, einzigartige Kunstwerke zu schaffen und ihren eigenen Stil zu haben.

Shatha Al Dafai

Shatha Al Dafai is an Omani self-taught artist graduated from Sultan Qaboos University in 2016 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing her degree, Shatha invested her time to create one line art that’s inspired from faces and feelings aiming to depict the complications of life through one line. She found herself some kind of freedom in creating different faces without lifting the pen. Being open to different art forms allowed her to have a broad perspective on the arts which helped her to create unique artworks and have her own style.
