O. Frederick Lewis (1882-1969) was an early photographer in the
American West. Orson Frederick Lewis was born January 6, 1882 in
Alpine, Arizona to Samuel Edward Lewis and Daphne Jane Hamblin. He
married Margaret Roxie McNeil on October 8, 1903. He worked a variety
of jobs throughout his life, including foreman and farmer. He died
April 20, 1969 in St. Johns, Arizona.
