A Linear Dot

I started building with lines and shapes, and I'm still doing that. I've just fallen in love with doing it through flowers. There's geometry everywhere in what I paint now: in the careful linework of a leaf, the flat bright blocks of colour filling each petal, the way blooms stack and curve. The whimsy comes from colour. I paint flowers in shades they don't naturally wear, reimagine them in hues I see on evening walks, gather them into arrangements that feel abundant and playful.

"Every evening walk becomes a colour study. Every bloom, an opportunity to reimagine what that flower could be."

"I started with lines and shapes. Now I'm building worlds through blooms. The structure just learned to be more abundant."
