Sven Brasch is the largest supplier for Dansk Plakatkunst's range. He was the most significant and internationally recognized Danish poster artist of his time. He was enormously productive and drew around 500 posters, the majority of which were made over a period of 20 years. He has been called the master of the poster because of his particularly elegant and refined line.
He was also a widely used satirical cartoonist and as an advertising artist he did, among other things, advertisements and book covers. In our assortment, he is, among other things, creator of the posters Bona Margarine (1929) and Fægtning (1919) in addition to a number of film and theater posters, which feature the biggest stars of the time.
