Earthquake Series 05 — Art print by Gokce Art from Poster & Frame
The art poster is a reproduction of the original artwork from Earthquake Series, 2023. The reproduction has been photographed in order to be able to reproduce the color and brushstrokes of the original artwork as best as possible however due to the use of natural mineral pigments in the making, there is no exact digital translations to the colors of the original artwork. Gökce exhibited this series of work at her fundraiser exhibition in March, 2023. The exhibition was dedicated to the earthquake survivors and the lost ones after the devastating earthquake that struck Turkey in February 6, 2023. The profit from the original artwork is 100% donated to families with children in the earthquake area, as many are still struggling to recover.
