Bjørk’s art studio was born from a deeply personal journey of resilience and healing. In 2019, Bjørk picked up a paintbrush for the first time, marking the start of a transformative path—one that helped process the anxiety, depression, and stress that had shaped the years before. Diagnosed with stress at just 18, Bjørk’s life took an unexpected turn, leading to social withdrawal, panic attacks, and a loss of connection with the values that once defined her.

Painting became more than an escape—it became therapy, a safe space where emotions could be expressed without the pressure of words. Every piece of art created reflects this journey, deeply personal and infused with the raw emotions of that struggle. Today, Bjørk believes in the power of creativity to heal and is passionate about helping others, especially young people, find solace and expression through art.
