Joan der tegner

Joan Glintborg Vissing is the printmaker and illustrator behind Joan Der Tegner. She works with linocut in both new and more traditional ways. 

She likes to explore the intersection between the realistic and the abstract, and she makes prints that are both simple and complex at the same time. She has a deep-rooted curiosity and a great desire for exploring new ideas.

Ever since a very young age, Joan has always been creative and back in 2016 she took linocut. She enjoys the simple process of linocut printing and the endless possibilities. All art posters are reproductions off handmade linocuts all produced in her home studio in central Jutland.
